1. Cancellation Policy

Registration to the website can not be cancelled once completed.

Training enrolments cannot be cancelled post enrolment


2.  Refund Policy 

ekLeader is committed to providing high quality learning programs. Any grievance  relating to a particular training program or with the website can be raised through email via the contact us link .

All requests for refund will be reviewed by the  administration board  individually. In case a refund is made available the final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the  credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund will be made to the same account.

Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by ekLeader or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee. ekLeader is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.

ekLeader reserves the right to suspend OR terminate services on receipt of abuse complaints.
